Enjoy plenty of parking at the rear of the house and ubiquitous Uber/Lyft/Lime/Bird scooters that makes it super easy to get to anywhere in Austin. Most rise shares arrive in 2 minutes or can walk less than a block and enjoy a scooter ride via Bird or Lime. We are also located 5 blocks from highway I-35. We are also within walking distance from a plethora or bars, restaurants, grocery stores, east 6th street. Whole Foods and Target are 5 blocks away. We are 10 minutes from Austin International Airport (AUS) and 20-25 minutes to COTA with easy access via 7th street and highway 183.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home including vaping as well as use of candles or incense! Any evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
